I go here all the time. I've never had any problems. Don't listen to the cry babies.

I had never been to a Sports Clips before but I went there a few months ago. I would recommend Brin who cut my hair and who I believe is the manager at this location. While my experience with her was very good, I think all the up-selling for add'l services is a little over the top and confusing. But I get it, it's the way retail is done today. Also, their basic haircut costs $24.00 ($29.00 including the $5.00 gratuity) and they don't seem to do any discounts or promotions, so you will pay a little more than what the competition charges. My person who was at their competitor has left- she cut my hair for 10 years and is no longer cutting hair so I'm a free agent now. I think it's all about finding a stylist that you are comfortable with than anything else, and I like to stick to just the basics, none of the add-ons!

I tried to checkin online for Brindie but the system would not allow and I’m not sure why so I drove over and it said a 25 minute wait for Brindie. I was disappointed but ok with waiting, after waiting 20 minutes 3 stylists were available including Brindie. There were 2 people in front of me and both were marked for first available so I knew I’d be next for Brindie, however when one of them was called he said he wanted Brindie even though clearly he asked for first available and my 5 minute wait went to a 35 minute wait. The whole experience was extremely frustrating, if they allow people to change stylists at the last minute the entire wait system breaks down. Be careful and don’t rely on the time you’re looking at on the board.
